Before peak bloom

image49.jpeg

It's the most beautiful time of the year. Cherry blossoms peaked bloom last week and while I didn't spot Katy Perry in DC, I managed to find a beautiful spot in Reston, Virginia thanks to a tip from the Washington Post. Justin and I drove next to Barron Cameron Park to find flowery trees aligning the roads and a small walking path surrounded by cherry blossoms. The article proved correct; no crowds filled the area. Instead we found one family taking pictures, but other than them the secret remained hidden.I pulled out my kimono from last season's Brandy Melville collection and paired it with my new Runway Bandits dress. The colors coordinated with the ready-to-bloom trees along with a hint of red from my Nike x Liberty collaborative sneakers. I finally found the perfect reason to whip out my Linda Farrow shades I grabbed in London.Before-Bloom-Cherry-Blossom-Just-Souled-OutBefore-Bloom-Cherry-Blossom-Just-Souled-Out Before-Bloom-Cherry-Blossom-Just-Souled-Out Before-Bloom-Cherry-Blossom-Just-Souled-Out Sunglasses: Linda Farrow.Cardigan: Brandy Melville.Dress: Runway Bandits.Sneakers: Nike x Liberty Air Max 90.
