Steak at Bobby Flay Borgata

Everyone enjoys a good steakhouse. I even recently went to Outback Steakhouse (no shame) and realized the importance of meat quality. I knew the difference before this meal, but after trying a variety of different takes from major franchises and smaller venues, I began to taste the variety of possibilities.Bobby Flay Steak sits inside Borgata aligning the casino floor of slots. While there was no sign of the chef, I felt excited to eat as I heard all positive reviews from friends and family.Sides include wild truffle mushroom mashed potatoes and cauliflower goat cheese gratin.Entrees include filet mignon louisana and bone-in ribeye.Dessert includes deep dish chocolate banana cream pie (recomended by our chef) and baked alaska. Both equally amazing and tasteful; a great way to end the evening. Bobby Flay Steak is open for dinner at Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ.
