Mosaic visionary

Isaiah Zagar’s mosaic art museum makes anyone's tourist list when visiting Philadelphia. The small, scenic space utilizes nontraditional materials such as glass bottles, bike wheels, fragments of mirrors, hand-made tiles and more.
