Rain couldn't stop art and vendors from showcasing their finest work at POW!WOW!DC. A parking lot flooded with avid cyclist for the 17-mile race and artists prepared to paint a blank wooden canvas. REI encouraged attendees to learn more about national parks and create their own sunglasses, while Soul & Ink screen printed beautiful illustrations onsite.
