New year doesn't kick off without Chinese New Year celebrations. My friend and I venture to Chinatown in DC to check out some of the festivities including firecrackers and a dancing gold dragon. While many people gathered to protest in the city, it felt nice to escape much of the negativity and politics and enjoy a bit of culture. We ended up in Glen Echo Park just as the sun set.Luckily the weather didn't drop to freezing temperatures, so I styled this lighter coat with this black hoodie just released from Paradise Playground. It gave my outfit a chic look with a bold statement from the sweatshirt. Underneath I went for a classic street style long line shirt with black denim. My velvet FENTY x Puma sneakers went perfectly with my shirt and as always, I dragged around my Louis complete with a gloomy bear and bunny from Korea.Chinese New Year - Just Souled Outhttps://www.instagram.com/p/BP3uvM-hUNV/Jacket: Topshop.Hoodie: Paradise Playground.Shirt: Nordstrom.Jeans: Paige.Sneakers: FENTY x Puma.
