FIERCE Styles: Part 4

image33.jpeg

This is the final part of a series. For my final outfit, I styled an athleisure look for my inner street beast. When Beyonce dropped a bomb on the fashion industry with her announcement of a streetwear, athletic line, I didn’t think much of it. It wasn’t until I saw the lookbook that I realized I wanted to join the Beehive. While I worked my 9-5, my mom cancelled her tennis match and marched to Nordstrom to grab pieces for me and my sister. At around 10:30 a.m. she sent us a flurry of texts in our group chat stating “it’s crazy here” and “girls are grabbing everything.” Later she explained she grabbed a personal shopper (go Nordstrom!) who helped navigate the in-store madness. I went the following weekend to see what pieces remained and there wasn’t much.I styled this Ivy Park jersey with these cozy Adidas Originals pants I also sported in Jamaica. The black and white contrast with the sneakers to provide a nice look for an afternoon while running errands, working out or sitting by the pool on a chillier day. The touch of pink from one of my favorite caps adds the pinch of color perfect for this outfit.Fierce-Styles-4-Just-Souled-OutFierce-Styles-4-Just-Souled-OutFierce-Styles-4-Just-Souled-Out
