Meeting Chef Erik Bruner-Yang

I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Erik Bruner-Yang tonight at the Maketto pre-opening party. Dope to see him working hard all night making sure all dishes were served properly and customers were satisfied. He’s an inspiration showing that hard work pays off.
