Meeting Chef Erik Bruner-Yang

I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Erik Bruner-Yang tonight at the Maketto pre-opening party. Dope to see him working hard all night making sure all dishes were served properly and customers were satisfied. Heโ€™s an inspiration showing that hard work pays off. Maketto will surely be the hot spot when it opens in a few days. Be sure to stop by and peep the newest addition to DC.
