Meeting Chef Erik Bruner-Yang

I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Erik Bruner-Yang tonight at the Maketto pre-opening party. Dope to see him working hard all night making sure all dishes were served properly and customers were satisfied. He’s an inspiration showing that hard work pays off. Maketto will surely be the hot spot when it opens in a few days. Be sure to stop by and peep the newest addition to DC.
